I believe I was mislead into expecting my telephone would get 4G. I cannot access the original advert but am pasting a description of the deal below:
" 24-month contract with 'O2 O2 4G iPhone £28 1GB 24m' on a basic monthly line rental of £28 per month"
I'm sure the description of the iPhone 5 said it was '4G ready' and the contract attached to it is for 4G. But it turns out that the telephone and the provider are incompatable for 4G!
Why mention 4G at all when it is not possible? I will be following this up as I do not think this was made clear at all, in fact it was extremely misleading.
