Mobiles.co.uk did the job 100% as promised. The best price I could find anywhere. The reason I have given 3 out of 5 and not more was because despite the good price, the communication I received was slow and there is very little way to contact them. I ordered the phone on a Wednesday evening. I paid for the delivery upgrade (DPD by 10am) to have the phone delivered before I went to work on the Friday. They have 3 order statuses on their website, 1. Order submitted, 2. Details checked, 3. Order shipped. The status of my order remained in status 1. until after 5pm on Thursday. I was thinking if they haven't even checked my details yet, how am I going to get my phone before 10am? I tried to call, but they have no phone number. You can chat online, but only during business hours and when I tried that, I was number 42 in the queue. After waiting 15 minutes, still at 37 in the queue I gave up. But, to their credit, they did get the order to me on time and it was all as promised, at the best available price. I guess it's a trade off between price and telephone customer service. If price is more important to you than service, I recommend them. I am glad I used them. I will pay £5 less per month for the next 24 years by using their site with only a small amount of stress to show for it.
