The day after I placed my order, I received an e-mail saying that my bank/credit card details were invalid. I went to 'my account' and found that all the data relating to these that I had inserted during the order process had been erased. So, I re-inserted them all, but my order then appeared to stall. I waited 2 days, wondering whether or not the 'bad' reviews that I had read were justified, and then contacted Mobiles.co.uk by e-mail: my order was then processed and delivered within 36 hours.
So, after a worrying 3 days, overall I rate my Mobiles.co.uk experience as normal....without the initial hiccup, the rating would have been very good.
