I was kept informed about status of order on a daily basis only one slight problem I was sent an email asking for me to contact as there was a problem with my debit card. I knew that there couldn't possibly be a problem and I was put on hold only to be told that it must have been a typing error on your behalf,at the cost 11mins at 10p per minute not the sales operators fault but not amused.
