The phone that was sent out was faulty so not pleased. To add salt to the wound the returns process via DPD has also gone wrong with a 3 day delay because the parcel was misplaced. Add to this it is a Bank Holiday weekend this means i will be without my new phone for c.10 days. Once again the customer suffers. All in all makes you wonder why i bothered changing my phone.
