Not a pleasant experience. The phone sent out in first place was faulty so I was exchanged a phone within 3 days although I was promised an exchange within 2 days! I could not use the phone for 3 days.
Then I was offered a months rental cheque in goodwill compensation which I have not received yet although I was promised it will be with me within 2 weeks.
