However the returns policy expressed on the website, by phone and email are all inconsistent. It is not made clear enough on purchase that you have to pay to have the phone returned by Special Delivery if you choose to not keep the phone. I'd go as far as to say that it is ambiguous enough to make you think that you do not have to pay for returns. I am going to write a separate complaint to this effect as well.
