The customer service I received from motor.market, and in particular a representative by the name of Donna, was fantastic. She worked extremely hard to meet my expectations of, both the collection of the old and delivery of my new vehicle, during a bank holiday period which made things that much more complicated. I was very impressed with the professionalism and speed at which she was able to manage the situation with. If you are able to replicate staff to her standard, you will quickly become a world leader in the motor industry. 5 stars is not enough for her!!
