Claire was assigned to me as part of the, 'After Sales Team', after the finance for my new car had been agreed and had been paid to the dealership. From the moment of her initial contact right through to the delivery of my new car, she kept me informed and updated every step of the way. She never ceased to answer my questions and or queries, nothing was too much trouble. Claire was always warm and professional in her manner and even when challenges arose outside of her control she tried to always resolve these as quickly as possible.. Claire 's amazing customer service helped to calm my nerves in relation to purchasing my first car on finance.
