We spoke on the phone about Chatham shoes because we noticed their was no guarantee online. The lady was most informative and told us we could send off to Chatham direct to get a guarantee. She then offered to order the shoes rather than order online. She was most helpful and after ordering them on a Saturday they arrived on the Monday. I was very impressed with the service.
