I purchased the 12 week fitness plan. It was the best purchase I ever made. Within the second week I noticed how much better my hill climbs were and on completion my body had toned up and I had lost body fat. My confidence on the bike was also better, even without coaching. I am hooked ! I have watched all Matts' you tube videos & really enjoy reading the daily emails. I even emailed Matt with a problem I was having and he got back to me within days with an answer. Needless to say I would 100% recommend Matts' expertise and programs. Thanks Matt !
