Received what appeared to be a nice doormat, with laser engraving. However the laser engraving was gone in 14 days, tried to write the company (which is owned by Window Films Direx Limited ). But never got a reply from their customer service. So terrible overpriced product for the quality i received and non existent customer service afterwards. Quite hard to even give 1 star... waste of money.
