Ordered the plates online and paid extra for guaranteed next day delivery before 1PM Nothing arrived so contacted them and explained that I would have to go and but some from a shop and would require a refund as I needed the plates on the day. Was told it was a post office issue and nothing could be done, I explained that I was still entitled to a refund. The plates arrived 2 days late and have never received a refund. I ended up buying more plates because I couldn't wait until the next day. Don't buy from here if you want them urgently, I ordered in time for next day and paid extra for fast delivery!
