NatureSpy provided excellent service with a new trail camera which arrived within 24 hrs of ordering and is currently providing video and photographs of garden wildlife. Customer service (Harry) was also excellent in providing support when I had a problem with my previous out of guarantee browning trailcam, although unable to solve the issue they generously offered a discount on a new camera.
