I ordered a cup and had the plaque engraved for a colleagues retirement. It arrived in good time, well packaged and I was delighted at how much bigger it was from what I’d expected. The base bearing the plaque was surprisingly heavy. All told, it exceeded my expectations and was excellent value for the price at less than £10.
