Review is specifically about car parking service. Buses picked up and dropped off promptly. However, information indicated that barriers would read car number plate and take booking details from there. This didn't work and resulted in a number of cars having to reverse into a small space by the barriers to get tickets validated. This should be noted on booking forms so drivers are aware rather than getting to the barrier and not being able to leave straight away.
