I prepaid to park in short term parking for 11 nights and got what was a very good price, would definitely have given 5 star rating but technology I'm afraid failed. Camera on entry misread my Registration which became a problem on exit, ticket didn't match my reg, was telling me I'd exceeded my permitted time, on presenting it to "payment machines" was asked for £252.00. Issue was sorted very quickly once I realised incorrect Reg on ticket and spoke over intercom to operative who redirected me back to exit barrier & having given him my booking ref opened the barrier.
Only a / 3-4 minute delay but after 4 hour flight and at 2.00am sufficient for me to mark down 1 star for failure of equipment.
