This car park is very convenient for us and the staff are very helpful but when we checked our ticket whilst waiting in the airport they had given us another cars ticket? Silly mistake but one that shouldn't have happened-however there were no problems when we returned but we had to explain what had happened and that was somewhat awkward. It wouldn't stop us going back but we'll be checking our ticket next time. Hence I can only give you 4 stars on this occasion.
