Never received my trial pair, they don't want to let me cancel without paying them 10 euro so I cancelled my digital debit card. Support team was unhelpful after I explained my issue, they just pasted the same thing to all my emails about how I have to pay to cancel my subscription. Meanwhile I get "reminders" to pay the due membership...
Overall very unsatisfactory experience, will be blocking their spam email, cannot recommend this service to anyone else.
