I wish I could review with 0 stars. I wanted to give a good review and gave customer service weeks to sort out my problems however this unfortunately never happened. Upon signing up for a free pair I waited for over 3 weeks with no sign of them. I then contacted customer service which after about 2 weeks agreed to send me out a new pair given my "free" pair never arrived. By this point my monthly membership had supposed began and the company began to daily attempt to take 1 further 11 euro from my account to pay for my membership. I promptly blocked this payment and now am stuck in a membership cycle with this company. My replacement pair have not yet come and it has been 2 weeks since they have been ordered. Yet customer service still will not stop trying to charge my bank account. This has forced me to cancel my bank card to ensure this seemingly fraudulent company does not get any of my money.
