The customer service is so bad that one does not know what the other is doing. It is only possible with a lot of effort to reach someone there. As soon as there are problems, they put themselves to "stupid"-mode and try to keep the subscription going. I'm still in the middle of this odyssey and have been trying to get out for weeks..
