I was ordering online and wasn't sure of the sizing for my partner. A little box popped up and I chatted real time with someone at the store. I knew I had 14 days to return if I purchased online and all of my questions were answered about how and where to return and if I could get a store credit if it was the wrong size (which I could). It's a pity Santa's cover was blown but I got a great deal online and exactly what I/he wanted!
