Andy was very quick with emailing me back I had alot of questions about the arc xl etc.
He put my mind at ease, even added a product that wasn't up on the site when i asked about it. Quick Delivery to dublin.
Have only used the oven once and it's a big upgrade from 12" ooni (still a great oven).
