Miracle, I work in social care and my hands were so sore and cracked with hand washing that they were bleeding. I have tried pretty much everything before but this is great, cream in the day the more intensive treatment at night, and after 8 days there is a huge improvement, no longer sore or cracked. Genuinely excellent!
