Dreadful Service from Day 1
DPA BREACH ON DAY 1 - one of their agents sent a fellow customer through to my phone who was querying her previous purchase - should have known from this moment they were dreadful.
DELAYED PURCHASE - I couldn't buy my furniture until I knew my details were not posted on the OFL website which meant my delivery date was pushed back a day
7 WEEK WAIT - Why? There is absolutely no reason in this day and age to be forced to wait 7 weeks for sofas.
RADIO SILENCE - their escalation manager couldn't do enough for me up to the point I paid £1500 - now, i can't get through to her. NO INTEREST in following up on promise to 'speed up delivery'
NO EXPLANATION - Text to say my delivery is not coming, but no reason why, no re-arrangement, no call from customer service, nothing.
