Placed order as a guest with correct address (did not remember account info). They never emailed me to acknowledge order, then found they linked my 'guest' order to my old Oldies account with an incorrect address. Let them know, they basically said 'tough, not our problem'. Last order, hope the place they sent my +$30 order to enjoy the DVD's. .. 12/28 update. Oldies Customer Service called 12/24 after I posted this review. He had reviewed the order, and we spoke about how this was handled. They resent the order to the address originally specified, with Express shipping to remedy the issue. I received the discs yesterday (12/27). No complaints - anybody can make a mistake - it's how the mistake is remedied that matters. My initial contact via emaili was less than satisfactory to say the least - the call I received afterwards and the way it was handled from that point on were A+. Thank you.
