the service I received in Milton Keynes store was magnificent. I had purchased a necklace which I absolutely adored and unfortunately it broke - I had lost the receipt and was gutted that this would not be exchangeable now. I phoned customer service who were so lovely and advised me to go into store and I did and the shop assistant who greeted me on the door found the exact necklace and sorted this for me for an exchange. She was so kind and all the staff who helped me were so kind. I was really worried as this was the most perfect gold simple necklace that I’d been looking for for ages and exceptional customer care had this issue sorted within minutes! Thank you.
