I was going to Japan for my 65th birthday but decided to change my flight because of the Coronavirus. I was charged £230 for flight change and then I realised that the dates were wrong so I phoned them back within an hour to rectify the mistake and they charged me another £211. I feel that they have totally scammed me! Also I haven’t received any details
of my flight! I’m totally distressed about it all and I don’t know what to do!
