Very bad customer service, impossible to speak to Opodo by phone, I had to give up after 48 minutes waiting on the line. By Facebook messenger was also a disaster, had to wait for 30 minutes to talk to someone. I bought a ticket where the conditions stated that changes were allowed but the agent informed that "voluntary changes" were not possible. I asked to cancel and by another ticket but they informed that it would have to be escalated to another team... Meaning there is no integrated customer service and no easy solution. Simply hated the experience and will never use this company again.
