Absolutely terrible service, they have overcharged me for my holiday, they have take double the amount agreed in their own invoice by taking the payments twice. I have called several times and got absolutely nowhere!
Disgusting, do not use them under any circumstances.
I cannot believe they get away with such poor customer care and I have no faith that they will ever get back to me to resolve this issue.
