I was going to China but that has been cancelled for obvious reason. Kind I said me to contact them within 48 hours as Air France has cancelled my flight. I had taken out cancellation policy with Opodo and I was to phone this premium service number. I spent 4 hours on the line listening to music on Minday, another 3 on Tuesday and phones at several different times today. I have also tried contacting them on their messenger helpline and good I was in a queue and not to back out, then after an hour or so I had to fill in my request again and was told I was in a queue. I have tried every phone number listed and no one answers even their complaints number. Can't find an email for them anywhere.
