Opodo's customer service is terrible. Looks like many others agree. I've been chasing a refund for a flight I cancelled on 31st Jan and the refund still hasn't come through. I have spent over 1 hour trying to get through to their UK customer service department on the phone. I got through a couple of times. The first time, I waited for 20 mins listening to hold music and the the hold music stopped and there was no sound for 3 mins so I had to hang up. The most recent time, I got through to someone and they said they were putting me through to someone else. After being put on hold for some time, again I then heard silence for sometime and had to hang up. I then called back straightaway and got a recorded message saying the UK department was closed!!! Utterly terrible.
