I had booked my flight though Opodo and then Flybe went into liquidation and I phoned OPOdo several times and once holding the line for over 50 minutes when an operator said she would put me onto other team for refund and then was cut off Just silence . They are giving all silly excuses and telling me to contact Flybe for refund when they know that its gone into administration. I also had paid £36 cancellation fees to Opodo so not good company to book with . Opodo has no intention of paying me back for the Fly be flight. difficult to get refunds and poor customer service. Call centre in India ! Asked whether it was Atol protected and she would not answer . Talked rubbish about Fly be will refund !
