Appalling customer service. I booked Flybe flights with them and Flybe have gone into administration. You'd think they would have some clear messaging about this for their customers...
No-one answers the chat service - I've spent 4 hours on it, and just get bounced off after an hour and have to start again. I called, waited 56 mins listening to music, got a human and he didn't speak to me and then put me onto an automated Satisfaction Survey!
I was going to ask them to help me with changing the flights to another company but now I just want a refund and to have nothing to do with Opodo ever again!
