Noticed a reoccurring fee for $14.95 on my credit card. Contacted customer service and they said I accepted terms of their loyalty program. I have no recollection of this, and when I logged into "my account" there is no order history. Not sure how this is legal, but they said they have canceled my membership. Fingers crossed.
