Fantastic from start to finish. Delivery was excellent and the driver went above and beyond to get the pallet into the back garden. The frame is very sturdy and well made, instructions easy to follow, but loads of bolts and screws so if you are not confident with DIY get someone to help. Subsequently ordered a couple of different swings (that fit the same fixings) as my kids are 6 & 11yrs so have different games they want to play. All in all I am really happy I chose Outdoor toys, trust me I looked for months before buying one.
