Good Afternoon
Not necessarily a good transaction since I never received either of the items I ordered which FedEx was suppose to deliver to me. I made several phone calls and attempts about the product and even opened a case about the items not received and the same day the case was opened it was closed( seems a bit weird).
Long story short another employee from company informed that they would try and get ahold of FedEx and if no product was delivered than a full refund would be issued with 10-15 business days unfortunately!
