Shipping arrived quickly, unfortunately it was two boxes short. Contacted customer service, and they looked into it, they had made an error and only sent 8 instead of 10. They promptly refunded the difference. I have Previously placed several orders wo issue. We all make mistakes no system is perfect. It is how you deal w the mistakes that sets you apart. Will continue to use for the foreseeable future. As for the ammo I haven't had a chance to shoot it yet
