Dear Customer Care,
I have been a Wayfair customer but have been interested in Overstock.com merchandise.
However, after the little trash can craziness. I bought 4 and received 4 boxes of 24. My husband took 3 of the boxes to UPS.
The next scenario was an item that was "lost" and is waiting to be found: Amraput Overseas Linen Cotton blend 3 piece duvet set.
If these examples are an indication of what to expect then I will not shop at Overstock.com.
