We opened our box of sheets to find them stained in the package. I know, why 4 stars still.
Nothing is ever perfect. The customer service here is. I immediately sent an email to the address on the website. They replied within 24 hours, advising replacements were on the way. They arrived 2 days later in perfect condition. While we were disappointed with the condition of the first set, Overstock customer service made it right. And the sheets are so soft and comfy!!
