The fern was easy to source on the website, and ordering and paing was very easy. It was a Christmas present, and I requested that deleivery be as close as possible to the 25th. I was informed that the plant was with the delivery department, and I emailed them repeating the request, as it was going direct to the recipient. The plant was delivered to my friend on the 22nd, well packed and in good order. Clear instructions were included for the immediate care, and also ongoing care, of the plant. It it is outside (we are in the North-East), looks well and strong, and my friend is delighted with it. Excellent service.
