Party Hard Travel offer amazing customer service throughout the process before, during and after the holiday. They continually offered us advice and help whenever we needed and were always a helping hand whenever needed. The price of the party package is priced amazingly for the activities and things that you receive in turn. The price of the package is nothing in comparison to the things that you get to do whilst away and the attitude and friendships that you make with the reps and other people on your package. The company is amazing with refunds and always made it clear to me that from day 1 if I was unhappy with the situation or didn’t want to continue with the package then that was fine and I was entitled to a refund. The reps that I had (Jodie & Jodie) made my holiday unforgettable from start to finish, they were the kindest and most genuine people I have ever met and made us feel so welcome and made us feel like we were part of a family and not just customers! Towards the middle of our holiday I feel like we became friends with Jodie and Jodie and it didn’t even feel like we were there customers and more like we’d come on holiday all together and we’re there to have an amazing time together. I would never book another party holiday without getting a party hard package as it has proven to me that this company isn’t all about money grabbing and actually genuinely care about their customers and listen to what they want!
