The gift we purchased from Personalised Favours was wonderful quality and came really quickly! Unfortunately one of the glasses was broken on arrival due to heavy handed couriers, but they were super responsive and a new glass was sent to us free of charge. Highly recommend, fabulous service and a great quality product.
