With our latest well pet visit submission we were initially given nothing. When i called to complain the customer service representative immediately recognized the problem and resubmitted our claim. While it took some extra time we did get our money as was supposed to have happened. Whenever I've called customer service my problem has gotten attention without my having to argue my point. I like the fact that Pets Best vives no hassle service.
