Overall, I’ve been happy with Pets Best. More often than not, my claims are reviewed and reimbursed within a month. There are times where it’s taken much longer to get a reimbursement, but they’re not all too often. My biggest complaint is how often and how much my premiums go up each year. I do expect them to go up as my pets age, but it does seem to be excessive in my own opinion.
