I was hopeful for the coverage I picked, but of course my first claim came with an insurance loophole. We thought we were covered for our pups first wellness exam, but since he had an ear infection, it turned into a medical claim, which he wasn't covered for since the two week window hadn't lapsed yet, which was irrelevant for the wellness claim. Would have been nice for the wellness exam to still be covered, but not his medicine since that was medical. Sigh.
