We had an unfortunate event happen and our little pup we had for six months got very sick had to have emergency surgery and died . It was devastating and also very costly. So so glad we had insured her with pets best! They took good care reimbursing us which while it doesn't bring our little Gracie back, made the financial burden less so. When we get another pup we will definitely be insuring with them again
