Sarah was excellent at communicating via email and even had a conversation with my electrician, it wasn't a straightforward process at my end as the charger couldn't be attached to my house. Sarah and co really helped to get it all sorted and the communication was really prompt. It was a bit complicated but we got there in the end! The men who came to install were lovely. There was some confusion over whether I was having a 3.6 or 7 and this ran throughout the whole process, causing minor issues and confusion. I specified right from the beginning that I needed a 3.6 so I'm not sure how this confusion occurred and persisted.
