Initial impressions are very positive, booking an installation and completing the necessary documentation was fairly straightforward, providing the necessary information for a remote installation was easily done - though understandably detailed. Installer was extremely friendly and efficient, taking good care of all the required COVID-19 precautions - my only tiny niggle was that he arrived 2 hours before the allotted timeslot - but better early than late!
