As I had had finished a night shift prior to my installation, I requested a phone call when the engineer arrived at the property to ensure I was awake. Luke followed this request and also gave me plenty of time before arriving at my address to allow me to wake up before his arrival. He looked professional, worked quickly and was a generally nice guy to talk to. He followed the social distancing rules and also ensured I was happy with the installation and the use of the Pod before he left. Overall a very good experience from an evidently credible and competent engineer.
